The Medicinal Chemistry Institute (IQM) has participated together with IES Ramiro de Maeztu, a Secondary School close to our Institute, in the Erasmus + Programme, a programme that facilitates mobility between Spanish and foreign students in order to give them the opportunity to know other countries and cultures, promoting European contact.

On 10 and 11 May we received 4 students aged 16, including two Italians and one Dutch, that were able to observe firsthand how we work in our Institute and they have visited some of the laboratories, in which different experiments were carried out and many concepts were explained.

These two days have allowed them to enhance their knowledge in Chemistry and, more specifically, in Basic Research. In addition, they had time to answer all their doubts about the work we do and their professional future.
