On the 25th September, the pharmaceutical company Lilly, through its European Committee for Academic Relations (EUACC), gave the “XIII Premios de Investigación para Alumnos de Doctorado”, which recognize the excellence, effort and dedication shown by young researchers in Organic, Analytical, and Pharmaceutical Chemistry. These awards aim to promote the collaboration between the pharmaceutical industry and academic research groups.
Paula Morales Lázaro, PhD student at IQM, was selected as one of the seven finalists in this XIII edition. Paula presented her thesis work performed under the supervision of Dr. Nadine Jagerovic in the design, synthesis and biological evaluation of novel cannabinoid ligands.
