The research Project entitled “Development of new drugs against Virus Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)”, with the participation of researchers from 6 different countries, has been awarded the Descartes Prize 2001 by the European Union to distinguish the scientific and technology excellency in European collaboration. The group of Prof. Maria-Jose Camarasa at the Institute has been one of the 6 groups distinguished wit this prestigious prize.
